2 players in same family: $320
3 players in same family: $370
4 players in same family: $420
Each additional player in the same family: $50 each
Children will not be placed onto teams if we don't receive payment. A full refund is given if no spots are available.

We are using PayPal for online payments, a service which provides for secure payment directly to our AYSO Region 122 account. Be sure to enter the full names of all of your children.
If PayPal accepted your payment, you are done!
If you experienced problems with PayPal, simply mail us a check.
Pay By Mail
If you choose to pay by mail we need some way to match your payment with the child(ren) you are registering.
With your check, please include a note with each child's name and birth date.

Information about your child’s team will be available after teams have been formed, in the middle of August.
A full refund will be given if we receive your request to withdraw by June 15th. For requests received after June 15th, a $50 processing fee will be deducted from your refund. If we are unable to place your child on a team because teams are full, your registration fee will be fully refunded.
