Directions for applicants:
As you drive in the Magnolia Center, go straight and you will have Ralph’s on your left side. Make a right turn at the end of Ralph’s and you will see a business called “The Mail Box” across the parking lot. Ask for Eric or Malia when you come in.
Please bring your driver’s license and the Request for Live Scan Form completed. We are required to retain the original form so please bring a device for taking a picture/scanning after we finish the Live Scan. You are required to keep a copy for your records.
DO NOT PAY ANY FEE. SANTA BARBARA AYSO HAS ARRANGED TO PAY FOR THE FINGERPRINTING
We also will be offering fingerprinting services at Girsh Park
