$200 per child through May 31, 2024
and then $250 per child starting June 1, 2024
Your child will be guaranteed placement on a team if registered by July 15th.
AYSO is open to all children born 2006-2020. Divisions are divided by boys and girls, and age group placement is determined by birth year (see chart at the bottom of this page).
Divisions U16 and U18 end prior to the start of the high school soccer season.
Volunteering
AYSO runs on volunteer power! Our region requires a large number of volunteers, so each family should sign up for a volunteer role. As AYSO volunteers, parents not only get to participate with their child, they also demonstrate the value of giving back to their community. Being an all-volunteer program is what allows AYSO to follow one of our 6 core principles: “Everyone Plays.” Volunteers help to make our program accessible for every child who wants to play!
Coaches and referees are the most visible volunteers, but there are several different ways to help. Every volunteer role, no matter how small, makes a difference. When you register your child, please indicate what position(s) you can volunteer for. Grandparents and older siblings can volunteer, too!
Once you decide how you want to volunteer, you can begin the process of becoming an official AYSO volunteer at any time. Review instructions for renewing your volunteer position or signing up as a new volunteer.
Coach and Referee Volunteer Training
Coach and Referee training classes will be offered earlier this year so that everyone can feel prepared before the season starts. Please watch for future emails with more information about training dates.
We are looking for more female coaches and referees!
Our region is committed to having more women coaches and referees this year, and to ensuring that all of our women volunteers feel supported throughout the season. This year we will be offering coach training specifically for women and led by women. Female coaches do not have to attend these specific classes and can attend whichever training they choose, but this is a new session we are offering this year to those who are interested! If you would be interested in attending a women’s coach training, please use this form.
Female Coach/Referee Mentoring Program
We are offering a coach and referee mentoring program for female volunteers who would like to be connected to a mentor. If you’re feeling like you want to coach or referee but could use some support, we will provide you with a mentor to guide you along the way. If you have coached or refereed before, please consider signing up to be a mentor. Use this form to sign up to either be a mentor or to request a mentor!
Team Placement
Our Board is thrilled to provide soccer opportunities to almost 3,000 players! However due to the large number of players in our region we are not able to honor special placement requests. If you have an emergency circumstance please email the administrator for your child’s age group. Or email John Maloney at jmpesb@cox.net
