Sign Up for Classes

Check our region’s calendar for available classes at Bishop Diego High School for coaches and referees. This will give you an overview of all the classes that Santa Barbara Region 122 is offering. Once you choose the class that you want to attend please go to eAYSO.org and sign up for the course. This will allow us to plan for the amount of people planning on attending the course.

To sign up for the course all you have to do is go to eAYSO.org and enter the site with your user name and password. Your user name is the email address that you gave AYSO. On the upper left corner of your home page at “My Profile” hover the mouse over that word and scroll down to “Course Signup” and click on it. Fill in a couple of the search blanks. The first one to choose is the course you want (U6 coach, U8 coach, U10 coach, U12 coach, Intermediate Coach, or Regional Referee plus many others). If you only want to see the classes offered in Santa Barbara , at the Region box type in “122” (our Region number for Santa Barbara is 122). If you cannot make one of the classes on the dates Santa Barbara is offering the course you can look at neighboring Regions offerings by filling in 10 at the Section box, when you put in “10” in the Section box the Area box will now be populated so you can enter “W” at the Area box. This will give you the available Classes in Section 10 Area W. Now hit the “Search” button. This will bring up all the classes that meet your search parameters. If you hover the mouse over the comments section on the right hand side of this list you will get a dialogue box that gives you additional information about the course (provided the instructor filled this section out in his roster application).

Next you will want to sign up for the course, all you have to do is click on the radio button on the left side next to the course you want to sign up for and then click on the “Course Signup” button. It will take you to a new page. If you have more than one volunteer at your household there will be a list to choose from. Click on the button besides your name then click on the “Add attendee to program roster” button. If the green dot besides your name is now gone you are signed up for the course. The program does this in case you want to sign up another volunteer from your home to that same course. You would then click the button besides their name and hit the “Add” button again. You are now signed up for the course.

Now you can “Sign out” (upper right corner) if you wish to leave or choose “Home” if you want to do something else. If you have not updated your volunteer information for the current year you can go up to the upper left top of the page to “My Profile” and choose “Edit Profile”. Follow the instructions to update your profile for this season. You need to do this to be a registered volunteer for this year.
